Nicolas Nesta is the founding attorney of Fakude Law Firm, where he advises clients on matters in which digital evidence, complex discovery and cross-border goals intersect.

His digital forensics practice centers on analyzing digital evidence, including the investigation of cybersecurity incidents to derive useful information in support of system and network vulnerability mitigation, and forensic work in the eDiscovery context: examination of networks, databases and mobile devices, assessment of computer fraud and abuse, and expert witness testimony.

In eDiscovery, he helps clients build sound strategies and manage data preservation, documentation and authentication. He also maintains an immigration practice, advising individuals, entrepreneurs and investors on their path to the United States.
